LIMITED WARRANTY

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AS TO MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP

The Warrantor hereby warrants to the purchaser of this motorcycle trailer for a period of one year from the date of purchase that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warrantor shall only be liable under this warranty if the product is used in the manner intended by the manufacturer as specified in the written instructions furnished with the product. If within one year after initial sale of this trailer, any part or portion shall prove upon examination by the warrantor to be defective in material or workmanship, the warrantor will repair or replace such part or portion at the warrantor's option.

MANUFACTURER SPECIFICALLY DISAVOWS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR LIABILITY RELATING TO THE CONDITION OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

This warranty on this motorcycle trailer is reduced to six months when the trailer has been used for commercial, institution, or other use. The warranty on any replacement trailer will be limited to the unexpired term of the original warranty.

CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

This warranty shall apply only when the trailer is assembled and used in accordance with the printed instructions provided with it and safe trailering practices.

This warranty shall apply only when the trailer is used:

(a) At speeds not exceeding the maximum trailer speed of 70 mph, or the posted speed limit, whichever is lower.

(b) In the United States, its territories or possessions, and Canada.

Any accident involving the trailer or misuse, abuse or alteration of the trailer will void this warranty.

SERVICE AND REPAIR EXPENSE

Under this Limited Warranty the warrantor will provide only a replacement trailer or a part thereof. The owner is responsible for all other costs. Such costs may include, but are not limited to:

(a) Labor charges for service, removal, repair or reinstallation of any component part.

(b) Shipping, delivery, handling and administrative charges for forwarding the new trailer or replacement part from the nearest distributor and returning the claimed defective trailer or part to such distributor.

All necessary or incidental costs for repair or replacement of any part.

LIMITATION ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IMPOSED ON THE SALE OF THIS TRAILER UNDER STATELAW, ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR DURATION FOR THE TRAILER OR ANY OF ITS PARTS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

Any claim under this warranty should be initiated with the dealer who sold the trailer, or with any other dealer handling the warrantor's product. If this is not practicable, the owner should contact: 1-800-278-8387

A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase by the original consumer will be required before warranty service is rendered.

DISCLAIMER

NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY HAS BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF THE WARRANTOR WITH RESPECT TO THE TRAILER OR THE OPERATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE TRAILER. THE WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE UNIT, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT.

(a) Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

(b) This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

PROVISIONS IN SALES CONTRACT Statements relating to this product, made prior to execution of this contract, are not warranties except to the extent expressly set forth herein. It is understood that such statements were not intended to, and did not, form a part of the agreement; they were merely made in the course of negotiations of the parties.

RETURN POLICY

All returns will be made at the customers expense. All returns are subject to pay all delivery costs associated with return of the trailer; except in cases where the trailer has been damaged beyond use in shipping and the damage has been noted on the shipping receipt. All custom ordered trailers with customer specified size or custom add ons are non-returnable.

Please note that accessories cannot be returned as we don't charge shipping on those items. If a customer must return an accessory they would be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return said item.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

EXCHANGE POLICY

No exchanges will be excepted on used products. A 25% restocking Fee will incur if the Item are returned crumpled, twisted, scratched or dirty, as this will not be accepted. Please return the items packaged exactly as you received them. Be sure item(s) are placed carefully in the pallet, box and/or plastic bag as they were received. Customers are resposible for all shipping charges on all exchanges.

NOTE: No Refunds or Exchanges will be allowed after 30-days from the date printed on the sales invoice.
